PerforMotion is an allied health facility and strength gym in Teneriffe, Brisbane. We work with people recovering from injury, managing long-term health conditions, returning to exercise, and training toward goals of every kind.
When you walk into PerforMotion HQ for the first time, it does not feel like a commercial gym. It does not feel like a clinical waiting room. It feels like somewhere people actually thought about.
The reception is warm and always staffed. The training floor is quiet enough to focus and equipped for everything from your first squat to your next competition attempt. The clinical rooms are calm and professional. The recovery zone sits alongside the gym floor because recovery is part of the program, not an afterthought.
We designed this space for the member who trains before work and recovers after. For the athlete moving between a session and an appointment. For the person who has always felt out of place in a big commercial gym and is ready for somewhere different.

Your progress matters to us beyond the session. Our coaches and EPs stay invested in your outcomes whether you are two weeks in or two years in. You are not a number here.

Exercise physiology at Teneriffe HQ is led by Josh, alongside Tanya, George, Kelly & Annie. Tom is the master mind EP/rehab coach who sees clients online and in regional Victoria. The strength coaching team works with clients in Brisbane and online across Australia, Belgium, Singapore, and Mexico.

We’re proud to partner with Move Better with Roxy a Brisbane Remedial and Sports Massage clinic that bridges the gap between manual therapy and performance. Roxy’s holistic approach combining massage, dry needling, cupping, and mobility-based rehab, helps athletes and active adults recover smarter and move pain-free.

From our Base gym membership through to our most supported EP tier, every PerforMotion member receives a program written by an accredited exercise physiologist. Programs start with a consultation and are delivered through the Lumin app so you can track your progress.
VALD is the objective testing technology used by Premier League clubs, Olympic programs, and elite sporting organisations worldwide. At PerforMotion, it is included across all EP memberships. Not as an upsell. Not as a premium add on. It is how we track your progress with data instead of guesswork.
Most clinical settings discharge you when the acute phase is over. PerforMotion's membership model is built so the transition from rehab to ongoing training happens without changing facilities, changing teams, or losing momentum. The same people who managed your rehab manage your training.
Our exercise physiologists and strength coaches are not in separate buildings with separate systems.
