All PerforMotion group classes are designed by exercise physiologists. Every class is built around how the body actually works, with programming that is individualised and progressed.

Nine different classes covering the basics and progression of: strength, conditioning, technique, mobility, recovery, and community. Something for every goal, every fitness level,six days of the week.
Full body strength and conditioning. A structured mix of barbell, bodyweight, and functional work. Built for progressive overload and strength increase. Suitable for all levels.
Upper body focused barbell and compound training. Bench, press, pull & push variations. Programmed for progressive strength development with technical coaching throughout.
Lower body focused barbell and compound training. Squat, hinge, and single-leg variations. Programmed by exercise physiologists for strength and structural balance.
Mastering technique and education focused. Small group, high coaching attention. For members who want to understand how to move better, not just work harder.
Mobility, isometric loading, breathing, and positional control. For members managing load, recovering between harder sessions, or working on movement quality alongside their main training.
Strength training designed for senior populations. This class focuses on loading larger muscle groups and is perfect for those who wish to improve their health and wellness.
Running in 8-week strength blocks. A protected space for gender-diverse members to train with confidence in a supportive, inclusive environment. Designed for those who want to be a part of the community.
A Perf strength class, specifically for our Mums. Bubs welcome (and encouraged!). An initial assessment with one of our Women’s Health EP’s is required before these classes can be booked.
Saturday morning boxing. Technique, fitness, and fun. No experience required. A great way to build fitness, coordination, and confidence in a welcoming Saturday community session.
Mat Pilates class led by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Classes follow a full body flow designed to challenge core and trunk stability, build controlled strength and improve mobility, with technique guidance provided throughout. Suitable for all levels.
