Once you’ve booked, you’ll be emailed a Zoom link. Sessions require you to be in a gym or have equipment. After your assessment, you’ll receive your program by email for yourself and your coach (if applicable).
Absolutely. EPs collaborate with coaches at PerforMotion and externally, providing written updates after each session with findings and treatment. Members enjoy a 10% discount on our EP services.
Absolutely. You can keep working with your EP after rehab to make sure you return to safe and effective performance.
The EP outlines findings and provides a program with reps, sets, weights, and cues. Homework is reviewed, and goals are agreed on with you to reflect what matters most.
Your EP will collect your history, assess movement, and prescribe exercises based on injury and personal goals. Clear expectations are set, and you’ll leave with tailored gym and home programs.
