After booking your initial consultation, your EP will send you a Zoom link. You’ll need access to a gym or equipment. Following the assessment, you’ll receive a personalised program via email, which can also be shared with your coach.
Yes. Our EPs work closely with both in-house and external coaches. After each session, the EP sends a detailed update with findings, prescription, and the treatment plan. Members also receive 10% off EP sessions.
Absolutely. You can keep working with your EP after rehab to make sure you return to safe and effective performance.
Expectations are explained during and after the session. Your EP prescribes exercises, home tasks, and cues, and works with you to establish goals that match your ambitions.
In your session, the EP will take your full history, assess movement linked to your injury and goals, and prescribe exercises. You’ll be guided through them, and finish with both gym and home programs tailored to your assessment and outcome.
