Yes. Our EPs provide ongoing care past the acute rehab phase, guiding you as you rebuild strength and exercise capacity.
The EP outlines findings and provides a program with reps, sets, weights, and cues. Homework is reviewed, and goals are agreed on with you to reflect what matters most.
In your session, the EP will take your full history, assess movement linked to your injury and goals, and prescribe exercises. You’ll be guided through them, and finish with both gym and home programs tailored to your assessment and outcome.
