After booking your initial consultation, your EP will send you a Zoom link. You’ll need access to a gym or equipment. Following the assessment, you’ll receive a personalised program via email, which can also be shared with your coach.
Absolutely. EPs collaborate with coaches at PerforMotion and externally, providing written updates after each session with findings and treatment. Members enjoy a 10% discount on our EP services.
Absolutely. You can keep working with your EP after rehab to make sure you return to safe and effective performance.
During your session, the EP will explain findings and prescribe a program with sets, reps, and weights. Homework exercises and cues are given for between sessions, and goals are set collaboratively based on what you want to achieve.
An EP session begins with a full history, followed by movement assessment and prescription. You’ll complete exercises with guidance, and receive programs for the gym and at home aligned with your goals.
