If you’ve been wanting to get programming for running, strength training, improving your overall health and wellbeing, or any goal that you want to achieve, the PerforMotion Exercise Physiology team can help you get there! 

So, what is guided programming?

At PerforMotion, guided programming is getting an individualised program that is tailored to your goals and specific outcomes. We understand that everyone moves differently and has different starting points so creating a program that suits you for where you are at is what we specialise in.

How does guided programming work?

To start the process of getting to your goals, you will have a one on one consultation with one of our university qualified Exercise Physiologists so that they can understand how they can best help you and how you move. 


Your clinician will then curate a program that suits your needs accounting for things like training history, physical ability, lifestyle, and injury history.

After the program has been made, regular check-ins are completed along your journey to help you achieve your goals. Think of these check-ins as little checkpoints along the way to help you not only stay on track to your end goal but also to modify the program where needed, technical help with movements, and injury prevention.

How often can I check in with my EP?

You can check in as regularly as you’d like!

Initially it’s recommended that you see your clinician weekly so that any and all questions can be answered surrounding your technique, the program, or any troubleshooting that may be needed. Following this, check-ins can be determined between you and the clinician based on what suits you the best.

Does it matter if I’m online or face to face?

Not at all! The skilled team of EP’s are highly experienced in working both online and face to face. If you’re located in the Brisbane area then you can come into the clinic and have face to face sessions.

If you’re interstate or overseas our team has had high exposure to treating and programming for clients online! This makes getting the quality programming that PerforMotion offer easily accessible!

When can I get started?

As soon as you’d like! Booking in online and choosing a time on a day that suits you OR you can reach out to one of our clinicians through their instagram.
