Tanya Nguyen is a dedicated exercise physiologist with a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness and performance goals. With a background in group coaching, personal training, and strength and conditioning, Tanya brings a well-rounded approach to her work, blending practical experience with evidence-based strategies.

Tanya also holds a qualification in Strength and Conditioning, which, combined with her expertise in exercise physiology and practical coaching experience, enables her to deliver results-driven training focused on injury prevention, strength, and long-term fitness. Having worked as both a group coach and personal trainer, she has experience leading dynamic group classes, motivating clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds, and fostering an inclusive environment that encourages community and progress. Her ability to design individualized programs further complements her skills, allowing her to cater to specific goals such as improving strength, enhancing sport performance, or recovering from injury.

Tanya has a special interest in women’s health and is passionate about supporting women throughout different life stages to improve their physical and mental well-being.
