Was recommended to go to Ahrie at Performotion for my meniscus injury. Ahrie is excellent and I have noticed improvement already. Working on building a strong foundation. Highly recommend Ahrie.

I have been working with Kelly for almost two years, coming to her after a string of injuries. to say she has been patient working with me is an understatement. through the bumps we have been able to find a smooth plan that works with my hectic schedule. she is grest with mechanics and constantly strides to improve my technique. i am grateful for the perform team!

I've worked with Kelly for about 2.5 years. She's the most responsive coach I've ever had, both in terms of her communication and her programming. Feedback is frequent and consistent, and tailored to my needs. Her programming is adaptive. I'm constantly amazed at how she can see tiny details when reviewing videos of my lifts, and she's helped me overcome plateaus and hit PRs on all lifts. I've also had the pleasure of working with Josh when struggling with an exacerbation of low back pain that I've had for years and that wasn't helped by other physical therapy services. After an initial assessment, we had a few video sessions and he programmed some exercises for me to incorporate into my training. He was incredibly professional, and I was impressed by the time and care he put into our sessions. And, ultimately, the back pain went away! Love working with them both!

I’ve had an amazing experience at this gym! The coaches (Especially Ahrie) are super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable – they always take the time to guide you properly, correct your form, and push you just the right amount. my not unreasonable goals are closer under Josh's tutelage, any niggling injuries have been quickly and effectively remedied. my body is stronger than i expected at my age 58 which was one of my goals.

Working with Kelly & Ahrie has been a winning combo! I’ve been wanting to work with Kelly Mann for more than a year now and finally reached out. I am so pleased that I did. After more than 20 years as a competitive powerlifter and weightlifter, I am excited to restart my journey with fresh eyes and a new perspective. Kelly is thoughtful, direct and responsive, and this is exactly what I need from a coach. I am grateful Kelly referred me to Ahrie for PT for my hip shift and hip/back pain related to an old hip labrum tear. After only 2 sessions I feel a significant improvement in my movement patterns and was immediately in less pain! I recently had the opportunity to have an online consultation with Ahrie to address some issues I’ve had with my bicep/shoulder. Within the first 30 minute call, I was able to walk away feeling more mobile and informed. Ahrie got me set up with some exercises to help properly warm up my upper body for benching and to keep those niggles from popping up again during my heavier sessions. I’m looking forward to applying the cues and tips he provided! 10/10 would highly recommend to any athlete looking to perform well, and most importantly, feel well whilst doing it. PerforMotion has some of the most knowledgeable exercise physiologists you can find.

Kelly Mann is the best and most knowledgeable coach I’ve had and spoken too. I have made a considerable amount of progress and have learnt a lot more about the sport and technique in general than i ever thought. Programming was flexible and when I had any injuries or issues, they were catered for and adjusted so I could continue making progress and the communication is super quick. If I ever have to recommend a coach I would recommend Kelly.

After years of issues post a shoulder injury I was recently referred to the talented exercise physiologist, Ahrie. A few sessions in and he already has me moving better with chronic pains starting to reduce. He takes the time to tailor key exercises to your needs. However, as an athlete himself, he also understands the importance of you wanting to reach your performance goals. My partner now sees him as well. Highly recommended!
