So many people, especially at the start of their journey, lack a clear structure, they might jump from workout to workout, and follow generic programs that will have you thinking you will be shredded in a week.

While so many other mistakes can set you back nothing can completely stall or even reverse the progress you make quite like your programming. In reality there is no one size fits all when it comes to programming, everyone has unique lifestyles, habits, preferences, experience and goals that it would be impossible for that to be the case.

However regardless of your goal, the program is your path to achievement, the structure and framework that will dictate how you, feel, progress and perform.
