Rachel Elms is a qualified group fitness instructor, specialising in strength training. Her vision is to provide a high-quality service that inspires and motivates people of all ages and abilities to improve their overall health and wellbeing.
With a background in Education, and five years of teaching experience, Rachel employs a differentiated approach to cater for the diverse needs of individuals within a supportive and inclusive group environment. Rachel prioritizes a collaborative and empathetic approach, to connect with clients through effective communication, goal setting and constructive feedback that is aligned with client’s goals.
Rachel’s passion for strength training has seen her own powerlifting career reach a National level, with over five years of experience on the platform. Rachel has a keen eye for detail, to support safe and effective movement efficiency and facilitate targeted programming. Utilising her own athletic experience, and ongoing development and application of evidence-based practises, Rachel offers a personalised approach to group strength training, ensuring all group members reach their full potential.
