Kelly Mann is a Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) who specialises in the areas of musculoskeletal rehabilitation and performance for powerlifting. Kelly also works with general injury rehabilitation, sports specific injury, chronic illness and disease.

Tom Haynes

Senior Exercise Physiologist

Tom Haynes is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and strongman athlete performance. He works with clients to help manage chronic conditions by employing pain reduction strategies and improving mobility.

Michael Bates

Exercise Physiologist

Michael is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who specialises in mental health and chronic disease prevention, treatment, and management. He employs evidence-based practice to help people in their day to day living by improving their strength, balance, mobility, and coordination.

Simone Jones

Office Manager

Simone has a background in psychology and exercise science and helps keep the team running smoothly. Her goal is to ensure the performance centre is welcoming and supportive in addition to the whole team being able to offer the best-of-the-best services.

Qualified Personal Trainer

Steven Day is a seasoned Strength and Conditioning Coach, specialising in powerlifting. Steven has worked with athletes ranging from novice to elite level to help them reach their full potential.

David Hoffman

Qualified Personal Trainer

David Hoffman is a qualified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach currently undertaking a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. His areas of interest include powerlifting, anatomy and movement efficiency.

Shania Radke

Qualified Personal Trainer

Shania is a qualified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach and a qualified ISSN Sports Nutritionist currently undertaking study in a bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Science with future study to be completed in Clinical Exercise Physiology.

Rai Vogler

Qualified Personal Trainer

Rai is a Specialist Strength Coach in Strongman & Powerlifting. She has 6 years’ experience competing in Strength Sports, expanding her passion to coaching in 2020.
