PerforMotion 24/7 Gym Access
PerforMotion 24/7 Gym is strength training facility which offers 24hr access inclusive of a facility full of competition spec equipment that offers supervision of coaches always on the floor.
Gym Membership
$15 (once per week access) $29/week

- 6 competition level combo racks
- 5 station wall mounted rig
- Pendulum, Pit Shark and Hack Squat machines
- 4 sets of calibrated weight plate sets
- Strongman equipment: Logs, Yoke, Axel Bar, Stones,
- 2 x Weightlifting bars and an olympic lifting platform with competition spec calibrated bumper plates
- Speciality bars such as 4 SSB’s, 2 trap bars, football bar and whippy bar.
*You will be charged separately for the Initial consultation at your coach’s flat rate. This consultation includes gathering a detailed history, data, injuries, past comp performance and goal setting. Program may be compiled during initial consultation.
